Delivery Area

Within Latvia, orders are delivered via parcel lockers, pickup points and courier services throughout the country.

Delivery to Germany is available depending on the weight of the order and the selected delivery method.

From 12 August 2026, delivery to other European Union countries is temporarily unavailable. This change is related to new European Union requirements concerning packaging and packaging waste management, which introduce additional registration and administrative obligations for cross-border trade.

Delivery to countries outside the European Union remains available. Delivery conditions may vary depending on the destination country, type of product and order weight. If necessary, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Service Providers

• Omniva – parcel lockers and courier delivery within Latvia
• Venipak – parcel lockers, pickup points and courier delivery within Latvia
• VAS "Latvijas Pasts" – postal and courier services within Latvia and for international shipments

Order Dispatch Times

Products that are available in the Lynxgear warehouse and paid for by 10:00 are usually dispatched on the same business day. In some cases, an order may be dispatched on the following business day, in which case the customer will be informed if necessary.

Products that are not available in the Lynxgear warehouse at the time of ordering are usually delivered within 1–3 weeks. For certain products, the delivery time may be longer depending on the manufacturer and product type.

Delivery Time Within Latvia After Dispatch

• Omniva parcel locker – usually 1–3 business days
• Omniva courier – usually the next business day
• Venipak parcel locker or pickup point – usually 1–2 business days
• VAS "Latvijas Pasts" – usually 3–4 business days
• VAS "Latvijas Pasts" courier – usually the next business day

The stated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the workload of the delivery service provider and other circumstances.

Delivery Prices Within Latvia

• Omniva parcel locker – EUR 3.99, including VAT, up to 25 kg
• Omniva courier – EUR 7.95, including VAT, up to 25 kg
• Venipak parcel locker or pickup point – EUR 3.50, including VAT
• VAS "Latvijas Pasts" – price depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment
• VAS "Latvijas Pasts" courier service – price depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment

The exact delivery cost is displayed during checkout according to the selected delivery method, shipment weight and dimensions.

For orders over EUR 80.00, delivery to a parcel locker within Latvia is free of charge.

International Shipments

Delivery costs to Germany and countries outside the European Union depend on the weight and dimensions of the shipment, the destination and the selected carrier.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or other import-related charges may be imposed in the destination country. These costs are not included in the product or delivery prices shown by Lynxgear and, where applicable, must be paid by the recipient.
