Hybrid Combat Shirt Design

The MCDU Combat Shirt is built around a hybrid construction. The sleeves and reinforced areas are made from durable NyCo Ripstop, while the torso uses breathable TOPCOOL® polyester. Combat-Proven NyCo Ripstop Sleeves

The sleeves are made from NyCo Ripstop, a fabric widely used in tactical and military clothing. The blend of nylon and cotton combines mechanical durability with comfort: nylon improves resistance to abrasion and tearing, while cotton supports wear comfort during long periods of use.

The ripstop weave reinforces the fabric structure and helps limit the spread of small tears. This improves the shirt’s durability in demanding field conditions, especially around the sleeves, forearms and elbows.

TOPCOOL® Moisture-Wicking Torso

The torso is made from breathable polyester with TOPCOOL® technology. The specially engineered fibre surface helps absorb moisture from the body and transport it to the outer surface of the fabric, where it can evaporate more efficiently.

Double loop panels on the shoulders allow the shirt to be personalised with identification, unit, flag, blood group or other hook-and-loop patches.

Reinforced Elbows with Pad Compartments

The elbow areas are reinforced with an additional fabric layer to improve resistance to abrasion during intensive use. Internal compartments allow the use of elbow protection inserts when additional impact or abrasion protection is needed.

This makes the shirt practical for field positions, prone shooting, crawling, training exercises and demanding outdoor work.

Adjustable Cuffs and YKK® Zip Collar
