BROS Mosquito Plug-In Vaporizer is an electrical biocidal device for controlling mosquitoes indoors and helping protect rooms against insects entering from outside. Heat from the device gradually releases the active substance contained in the inserted mat.

The set includes the 230 V vaporizer and ten refill mats. One mat protects a room of approximately 30 m³ for about 10 hours, providing coverage throughout a typical night. Optimum effectiveness is achieved approximately 30 minutes after the device is switched on.

How the Vaporizer Works

After the impregnated mat is inserted and the device is connected to a 230 V socket, the vaporizer warms the mat. The active substance is then released gradually into the room to control mosquitoes.

The mat loses colour as it is used, providing a visual indication of depletion. Replace it after approximately 10 hours or when it is exhausted, following the instructions on the product label.

Room Coverage and Duration

One refill mat is intended for a room with a volume of approximately 30 m³. This corresponds, for example, to a floor area of around 12 m² with a ceiling height of 2.5 metres.

Actual performance depends on room size, ventilation, temperature, air movement and mosquito pressure. The product can remain effective with windows open, although strong airflow may reduce the concentration of the active substance.

Compatible Refill Formats

The electrical unit is designed for use with suitable BROS mosquito-control mats and compatible liquid refills. This set includes mats only; a liquid refill is not supplied.

Use only refill products confirmed by the manufacturer as compatible with the device. Never apply liquids directly to the heating surface or use unapproved substances.

Directions for Use

1. Read the complete product label before every use.
2. Remove one mat from its packaging and insert it into the slot in the unplugged device.
3. Connect the vaporizer directly to a suitable 230 V wall socket.
4. Leave the device unobstructed so that heat can dissipate safely.
5. Allow approximately 30 minutes for optimum protection.
6. Do not operate the device for more than 12 hours per day.
7. Unplug the vaporizer and allow it to cool before replacing the mat.
8. Wash your hands after handling the device or refill mats.
