The Cold Steel Trench Hawk Trainer is a full-size synthetic training replica based on the Cold Steel Trench Hawk. Made from durable Santoprene, it is intended for controlled martial arts practice, demonstrations, handling drills and supervised partner exercises where realistic dimensions are useful but a live steel tomahawk would create unacceptable risk.

The trainer measures approximately 50.2 cm overall, with an approximately 21.6 cm hawk head and an approximately 8.9 cm primary edge section.
